Can I request a backdated medical certificate/referral letter?

Can I request a backdated medical certificate/referral letter?

 No.

Medical certificates and referral letters are legal documents. Our doctors can only issue these documents based on a consultation they have conducted. To comply with Australian medical and professional standards, we do not provide backdated medical certificates or referral letters.

When can I walk in?

Can I record, film or take photos inside the clinic?

Can I request a backdated medical certificate/referral letter?

Walk-in availability depends on each doctor's schedule and capacity on the day.

Although our practice may still be open, doctors may stop accepting additional walk-in patients once they have reached capacity. This allows our doctors to provide safe and thorough care to all patients already waiting.

If you are planning to attend as a walk-in, we recommend calling our reception team first. We can advise whether walk-ins are available and suggest the best time to attend.

Can I record, film or take photos inside the clinic?

Can I record, film or take photos inside the clinic?

No.

Recording, filming and photography are not permitted anywhere within the clinic, including the waiting area, consultation rooms and treatment rooms, to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our patients and staff.

If unauthorised recording, filming or photography is identified, we reserve the right to request that the material be deleted immediately in the presence of our staff.

A warning will also be documented in the patient's medical record, and repeated breaches may result in the patient being asked to seek care at another practice.
